Hi, I’m Shannon—a Northeast Ohio Realtor with RE/MAX Crossroads, serving clients from Cleveland to Mansfield and everywhere in between.
Real estate, for me, has always been about people first. Before I became an agent, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting kids and families, which taught me patience, communication, and how to guide people through big, emotional decisions. That experience carries into everything I do now—because buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction, it’s a life moment.
A lot of my business comes from friends, family, and referrals, and that means everything to me. I don’t take it lightly when someone trusts me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. My goal is always to make the process feel clear, supported, and as stress-free as possible—while also making sure you feel confident every step of the way.
I’m based in Lorain County and originally from Cleveland, so I truly love the mix of everything Northeast Ohio has to offer—from walkable city neighborhoods like Lakewood and Rocky River to quieter, small-town communities like Wellington. I’m especially passionate about helping first-time buyers and families find a home that actually fits their lifestyle—not just something that checks boxes.
Outside of real estate, I’m a mom of two, constantly running to sports and school events, and I’m very involved in my community. I served on the board for Main Street Wellington for three years, where I get to be part of helping our town grow and thrive. I also have a creative side—I love art, historic spaces, and anything that brings character and life into a home.
