About Kristin
Licensed since 2010, I’ve built my real estate business on **relationships, integrity, communication, and results**. As **Team Lead of Cornerstone Reserve Group at RE/MAX Crossroads**, I serve residential, investment, land, and commercial clients throughout North Central and Northeast Ohio.
My experience reaches beyond the sales side of real estate. I previously earned my Ohio Title Insurance License, conducted title examinations, managed escrow operations, worked alongside real estate attorneys, and managed a title office. That background gives me a unique understanding of the contracts, title issues, negotiations, and details that can make the difference between a transaction falling apart and successfully reaching the closing table.
I’m known for being responsive, approachable, solution-oriented, and willing to take on transactions that aren't always simple. Whether working with a first-time buyer, seasoned investor, seller, commercial client, or another REALTOR®'s referral, my priority is the same: **communicate well, protect my client's interests, solve problems, and follow through.**
Agent-to-agent relationships are an important part of my business. When a fellow REALTOR® trusts me with a referral, I understand that I'm also being trusted with their reputation and client relationship. I take that responsibility seriously and work hard to ensure they are represented well.
Beyond sales, I am committed to leadership within our profession, serving as **2026 President of the Ashland Board of REALTORS®** and previously as **2025 Chair of the Ohio REALTORS® Commercial & Industrial Committee**.
